High school liaisons serve as the high school voice so that we plan events that are exciting to you! They will meet with the SheEO team bi-monthly to provide feedback on events pertaining to the younger end of our target market. High school liaisons will also be required to attend at least two SheEO events and host at least one SheEO workshop at a middle school/high school/local community. All grades and backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Program Details:

High School Liaisons will be chosen in the month of August and will be responsible for bringing SheEO’s mission to the middle and high school level, as well as bridging the gap between the SheEO team and its younger audiences.

They will be in charge of creating SheEO chapters at their local middle schools, high schools, libraries, or community centers.

Throughout the year, they will need to hold events such as speaker panels, one-day workshops, company field trips, etc. They will also have access to SheEO curriculum, industry connections, event planning advice, and financial support.

They must be able to meet with the SheEO team bi-monthly in-person or through video conferences to check in with the team and advise them for future events.

Eligibility:

Liaisons must be enrolled in a high school, or home-schooled at the high school level, and plan on receiving a high school diploma or completing the GED in the next four years.
